ADAPTER – AIR RESTRICTOR
This is a NATO40/RD40/GOST40 compatible screw in airflow restrictor (fixed).
Choose your restriction from the drop down list.
The smaller the hole the greater the restriction, if you breathe calmly you can adequately breath through a 3-4mm hole, when you start to try and breathe more heavily you will feel the restriction.
Sizes 7mm and up will not offer resistance at greater breathing levels.
You can experiment with breathing through different sized drinking straws to give you an idea.
Top tip ….. stay calm and breathe gently – if you can!
